The new year is here, and it’s time to get to work. We have a new challenge lined up for this month (and there’s no bike or rower involved - yay).Every week for 4 weeks, we’ll release a new movement for the challenge. You’ll have until the end of that week to perform as many reps as you can of that movement. It’s all based on the honour system.Guidelines:-Reps can be done before or after a class (if time permits) or Open Gym. Reps at home will not count.-Pre-approved workouts will count towards your total.-Max of 100 reps per day.-Every 50 reps will earn you a ballot.-At the end of the 4 weeks, we will draw for a $200 Visa gift card.
