Good-bye Alcock!

Question of the Day - What is your favorite memory from Alcock St?This is it. The final WOD at 25 Alcock St. No more washroom door that gets stuck. No more waiting for someone to get out of the shower to use the washroom. No more feed mill smell.Back in May of 2011, I was taking Joanna around the industrial park and showing her buildings I had looked at. We drove by Alcock, and I had never been up that street before. I saw four huge garage doors and HAD to pull over. We looked through the windows and saw that it was vacant. The next week, we signed the lease.The space was HUGE! We had so much more room to do anything we wanted. But then you guys keep telling your friends and family about CrossFit Moncton, and over the next 2.5 years, it kept filling up.Thank you ALL for helping to make my dream come true. I can't wait to workout with all of you at the new spot.But before that, I leave you with one of my favorite workouts.
