Pat Barber, the kid in the video, is an avid CrossFitter. At 160 pounds, he managed a 245 jerk and a 150 snatch. Not bad too shabby. However, there’s always room for improvement.Fundamentals is KEY.Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.
