Crossfit Moncton is not your typical gym. Workouts are varied, functional and intense, giving you dramatic results.  At CrossFit Moncton, we practice the deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and the snatch. We also work on pullups, dips, pushups, situps and handstands. Included in the mix is running and rowing, amongst many other exercises.

You will have a certified CrossFit Trainer teaching and correcting you on your form, as well as pushing you to limits you never thought possible. Does your gym offer all that?

Crossfit workouts train you in the 10 components of fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Coordination, Balance and Accuracy. We are able to scale any workout to suit any person’s ability level.
