Joanna Wood

The former short skinny kid who skipped gym class, never played sports and didn't know what a barbell was. Tried CrossFit in 2010 and hasn't looked back. She discovered she liked competing and has since competed on the CrossFit Moncton regional team, took up Olympic weightlifting and has done many endurance events over the years. She loves to see our members succeed, push themselves out of their comfort zones and do things they never thought they could. Her advice if you are on the fence about trying CrossFit, don't think you're 'fit' enough or aren't sure if it's for you...just do it. It'll be the best thing you do for yourself and your future self will thank you.
