AMRAP in 4 min of:
6 Burpee Lateral Jumps
9 Pushups (first round and a half from toes, then scaled to knees because I was getting saggy through the middle)
9 Mountain Climbers
Repeat for 3 cycles

round 1: 3 rounds + 2 burpees
round 2: 3 rounds + 3 burpees
round 3: 3 rounds + 4 burpees
= 90 reps. and tired shoulders!
Visited the Dieppe market this morning for the first time and picked up a bunch of veggies, goat yogurt, and some grass fed beef, which I have never tried before. Excited to give it a try!

39…. my second round, i was outta wall space and gave my best completely los,t looking around face that usually only my college profs seen. had a few controlled falls and some grunts and some shoulder burnage.
