5K 25:08 pretty happy with this but wish I’d had a watch so I kinda knew where I stood, I’m a technology whore and used to running with a garmin knowing pace and time! lol.. but this is my first times run since my knee surgery so pretty happy right now, however tomorrow may be another story! 🙂

5K 25:08 pretty happy with this but wish I’d had a watch so I kinda knew where I stood, I’m a technology whore and used to running with a garmin knowing pace and time! lol.. but this is my first times run since my knee surgery so pretty happy right now, however tomorrow may be another story! 🙂

I think the last time I ran 5K at CrossFit I was just over the 30 minute cap so I am calling it a 5 min PR. I guess it is not really an apples to apples comparison as tonight was a 2.5k straight line an a completely flat road. See you all Friday.
