Tough week with flu and dental surgery. I felt weak and slow today, but gosh it feels good to be back after being away for 5 days!

WOD: Did everything prescribed except HSPU’S. I used 25lb plate and abmat.

Really enjoyed this wod, wasn’t so sure I was going to like the HSPU after doing a bunch of them on thursdays change for change but they went ok. Thanks for sharing the bar Terry even though we couldn’t race (that was my plan! lol). Not ready for racing just yet! 🙂 soon though!

Wod with 65# and an abmat for HSPU’s. I did the first 4 or 5 rx’d but they were going too slow so I added the abmat.
