    During the second round of cleans, I got a nosebleed. Stuck a tissue in my nose and finished the WOD. It was awkward running while holding my nose though.

    1. Okay, enough with the weekly heroes! Better yet, Kevin you should make a new crossfit award for hero of the week. Winner gets an embarrassing picture of themselves on the board for the following week.

      1. If you stay off the sugar for 2-3 weeks, you won’t have those cravings anymore and you will find that oranges are a lot more sweeter than they used to be.

      2. He already does the embarrassing picture part all the time!!!! Don’t encourage him to do it more!!
