  1. I like the one legged squats. I would almost prefer to do Mary, but I’ll be doing Cindy. It’ll give me an opportunity to work on my pull-ups and regular squats.

  2. Monday – I was there on Monday and the Monday before that too. Oh well – next time then.

  3. What’s that suppose to mean Kevin? I sure hope you’re not dawgin’ on yoga cause that’s not cool man. There’s nothing wrong with getting your flow on.

    And fyi, yoga is on Friday afternoons not Thursday nights.

  5. Warm-Up

    400m Run
    5 Jumping MUs (rings raised 2″ from default height)

    Didn’t feel good today, so I did some skills practices!
    Handstand, L-Sit with ring, cheering Heather, 2 Muscle up practice, cheering Heather, 1 Muscle up practice, cheering Heather and Elissa, 2 muscle up practice and L-sit, cheering Heather, 5 pull up on ring.
    PR on cheering!!

  7. STRENGTH—>Push Jerk 5-5-5
    135-155(failed at 3)-160(PR by 5#)

    WOD—> Mary

    That sucked after my push jerk.

    I only manage to do 3 rds +1 HSPU.

  8. Did an AMRAP 10 min of Mary tonight before the group got there.

    3 rounds + 3 HSPUs

    Did some overhead squats too. Gotta work on my goats.
