No it wasn’t my 1RM . I wasn’t “feeling” it this morning but then in the WOD, I realized it was lighter than I should have gone. I’ll know for next time. Thanks Amanda 🙂

I did the math for you. And sometimes lower weights = better results. Your results are a perfect example of that.
Last time: Power output was 109 watts or 80 ft-lbs/sec
Today: Power output was 152 watts or 112 ft-lbs/sec
That’s a 30% improvement!!
