Yankee WOD Swap

Everyone that comes will select a number and then choose a ‘present’. Upon opening it, you’ll find a workout. If you were #2, you have the option of switching with #1. Number 3 can switch with 1 or 2, and so on. Person #1 will be allowed to switch with anyone…so you’d better hope to get #1! Merry Christmas!!

    My shoulders are in pain!!!

    I thought about this all day and was excited… but this is the WOD I didn’t want!
    Wall Balls are a big goat for me. So we did the draw and I was kinda mad about it. Now that it’s over I’m glad I did this cause the next time I do Wall Balls in a ‘normal’ WOD it will seem easier.

    1. Mad is an understatement. He was furious! Kicking barbells and throwing dumbbells around. He was crazy!

      Just kidding buddy! You did awesome with Karen!

    120×3 (now this one was supposed to be 115 as well, but Guy didn’t take off a 5 plate on his side, so I put this up lobe sided – and the best part – it was a PR for reps!)
