    Mobility for legs most of workout with Mixture of cleans @135
    3 sets of 25 air squats
    No knee pain but generally stiff

    AMRAP 9min
    15 Toes to Bar (knee raises)
    10 Deadlifts 55#
    5 Snatches 55# (Clean and Jerk)
    Managed 5 grip killing rounds plus 5 Knee Raises..
    Then 6min
    To find 1Rm Clean and Jerk
    80-85-90-95
    I shut off my brain today and just kept adding the weight.. Thanks John for the invite!

    My partner today was Karen.. We decided on 45# our total score was 77. We kept our reps In sets of 5 (10 for the situps) Maybe we could have gone heavier? My legs did not like this one, but it was fun! I liked the fast reps and changing movements..
