Okay, so 1st time doing the Box Pike Hold, that was interesting getting off the box.
I did 8 pushups for the 1st 2 rounds and realized I should have been doing 10.
Then was like, aww Sh*t, you’ve been doing 30 sec for the hold but you only had to do 20, I think they evened each other out.

I was showing my Mum the things I learned last night and this morning, and she was like “oh those look hard and a bit difficult to do. Do you like doing them?”
