I would like to start the individualized programming for those who are going to compete in the upcoming Sectionals. But, I need to know who is interested. Please shoot me an email so I can begin programming.

    1. Well, remember when I yelled “EFF YOU!!” ? (uncensored, of course…) Well that’s what I thought of when you first said it.
      Now though, my thoughts are that it was different, a fun change from the usual, and I am really glad to have done it.
      I can’t promise that I won’t kill you next time you do it though. LOL.

    2. I just didn’t think I’d be able to give anything else. I was worried because the Mtn. Climbers & Lunges were causing my legs to literally give out. Then, I think I ended up doing 4 more reps in the 2nd round. On the way home I thought, that’s a good way to test one’s mental fortitude for sure and I was happy with my results. Aaaaaand… I would be remiss did I not admit that my immediate thought was “YOU F#*KER!!” 😛

    Stopped, as felt pain in the back of my leg. Ongoing issue with a tight muscle that I may have to give in and get some professional help for.

    (….after first completing 3 Rounds +15 MC’s +KB-L’s +2 Burpees)

    Somehow knew this mere 5 minute workout didn’t seem quite right… Surprised by the cashout, but really thought it was a good idea. Didn’t have time to think about… just do it.

    very mentally tough, didn’t think I could do much for the second round cause I felt dead already, really had pushed hard for the 1st round!
