  1. Speaking of pull ups, if anyone sees my pull up this week, could you tell him to call me? I’m available to do him every day this week. Well, except for Friday; I’m eager, not desperate. 🙂

    1. Jane, you had him at “I can”.
He just wants to hear you say it again and he’ll come back to you…

  2. Warm Up x 3

So after a week of celebratory wine and eating wedding cake for breakfast, today was the absolute worst work out for me. It’s the closest I’ve ever been to puking. And that’s with a 45lbs bar!! I barely finished my strength session and almost passed out. I guess it’s back to chicken, broccoli and cottage cheese for me 🙂

  3. Jane, I miss you. How is the relationship between your knees and elbows these days? Is it still ongoing? Pat, glad to hear you had such a good week, now back to reality I guess. 🙂

    1. That IS nuts. Makes me wanna puke just looking at him.

Kevin if we ever do one of those “goat” workouts again, I think Thrusters are gonna be on top of my list 🙂

Tonight was a great warm-up! I did unassisted pull-ups in all three rounds!
Each time I did 10 in a row. Prior to tonight I only managed 4 in a row.
    Like Pierre said… Yahoooooooooooo!

    Then came Strength.
    Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5
    95-115-135-155-175(PR)
Beat PPR of 5 reps by 30#

At this point I was feeling pretty confident….
….Then ‘Fran’ played me like a boy toy.

    21-15-9 of
Thrusters (Did 12 at 95# and remainder at 45#)
    Pull-ups (4 unassisted, 17 yellow, 24 green)
I struggled with weight, technique and pull-up fatigue from the warmup.

    Time: 10:57

Congrats Pierre! I think I was on thruster #11 when you finished! :0

Tyler, congrats on the pullup. Really an accomplishment! Pierre, I am still in awe of your “Fran” performance. So great! Jeff, great job on 10 unassisted pullups in a row. I was privledged enough to witness the first of many I’m sure. 🙂

  16. What the hell?! Something must have happened when I was gone? All these crazy PR’s for everyone, it’s insane! Congrats to everyone! Very impressed!

Now everyone knows how CrossFit works. You challenge yourself to be your own times. That is NOT the case with Pierre and I. When I saw that he finished Fran in that ridiculous time, I had to step up. This was my 5th workout in a row, but I didn’t care.

Banged it out in 3:56. A minute PR for me! Very happy about that! Next time, when I’m fresh, I’ll tackle this again and get under 3:45.

  17. Well seeing how nobody has said it yet… and it prob should be said…. Nice Pic Coach!!
Glad to see your sharing in the pic humiliation!! CF bring out some of our most photogenic moments!! Atta-share in the fun!! 🙂
