    Almost gave up on the Rx ring dips but I couldn’t find a spare rubber band. So I kept going. Glad I finished this as prescribed 🙂

      my last back squat PR was from january at 180, press (can’t remember when) at 75.
      got a front squat 1RM at 135 today. i love it when it’s more than body weight 🙂
