    NEWS — I couldn’t go with Kevin this weekend. 🙁

    My parents came down from Montreal yesterday as a surprise for me….so I couldn’t leave them here by themself. I would have felt guilty…..but I feel bad for Kevin too for backing up at the very last minute.

    Anyways, I hope Kevin will have tons of fun at the Cert. and in Boston.
    The next time there is a Cert Lvl 1 around Northeastern part, I think it is going to be my turn…I can’t wait for that! 😀

    I will probably do the WOD today in my garage.
    I hope my ankle will sustain the 100 burpees.

  2. So, after trying a few times, I found out I can’t do burpees yet.
    Instead I did this:

    100 pushups (5m17s)
    100 situps (4m40s)

    Total: 9m58s

    I start to feel a bit better, my ankle is still bugging me a lot…but I live with it and do exercises that doesn’t required flexibility at the ankle.

  3. i did a different home workout

    i did

    100 toilet bowl swings
    100 washing machine squats
    100 kitchen sink thrusters
    100 wall desk throws

    time was 3 hours and 15 minutes
