    This wod surprised me, I was not looking forward to the hopper style sandbag sprints, but they turned out to be alright (must be because all the Luna sprints;). Pushups went better than expected too since there was enough recoup time before repeating the movement.

    1. Good job Trent! I wish I could say the same about the sandbag sprints and the push ups. But all I can come up with is “they sucked”.

  7. Haven’t had time to post lately but had to today because once again I have miss counted a WOD. Good thing I was travelling with someone who was paying attention… I counted 4 rounds + 40m shuttle (plus an unfortunate extra 40 run in round 3) but apparently I was 5 rounds + …It might help to explain why round 1 seemed to last forever πŸ™

  17. Has anyone done the math on this one yet???
    80 x 3 x 5 = 1200m with a freaking sandbag!
    15 x 5 = 75 pushups, situps AND squats.
    All in 20min or less…
    I’m glad I did those calculations POST-WOD πŸ˜€
