    Got a nice groove going after round 4, started messing with higher (8/9+) damper in rounds 8-10. Early rounds all around damper 6-7.

    I found today very challenging! Mentally and physically. Very proud of everyone for finishing all 10 rows today!

    I think with a couple more weeks back, I should be able to regularly hit sub-45s for at least one 250m. I think I’ll give that a try after WODs for the next bit, especially on rainy days.
