      1. Thanks Lora! I am trying to keep my ego at the door when it comes to my lifts. BL (before Lydia) I did not worry about my knees caving inor how ugly the lift looked..I was all about lifting heavy. Hoping it will pay off soon so that I can get some lifting PRs.

    My one year anniversary at Crossfit Moncton happened over the weekend. Wow, times flys when your having fun. I reach most of my goals, so it is time to set a few more. One is that I want to get in the trophy case for rowing 500m under 1:30

  11. Loved the video. Just finished viewing number 3. I do not know what scared me more …the Boston Strangler or the Thruster style! I preferred the less aggressive styles like the Christmas lights and the Ski Bunny.

    If you saw me cry today at the end of the WOD, those were “Holy crap, I just finished 100 Burpees and didn’t faint, puke, or die” tears. There was definitely nothing left in my when I was finished and it was an emotional experience, for some reason! I hope I didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable.

    The support and encouragement was overwhelming (in a good way, trust me). You all pulled me through that one and it meant a lot! Special thanks to Amanda for counting me down, in the home-stretch, til the last burpee was done!

    Congrats to fellow 4:15ers (and everyone else, of course) for great performances!

    1. Great performance. I want to point out that of all the people I watched today, you had the most consistent proper burpee (chest to the floor, jump with arms up). Cudos for doing 100 GOOD burpees!

    2. I was there watching Robyn and you did great, it was inspiring to see you just keep on going like you did!!

    I went out way too hard on the first round despite Jo telling us not to go ” balls to the wall”(1:10) and paid dearly for that mistake on the last 3 rounds!!!!! My shoulders were still burning on my drive home. I will practice your tip Lora on snaking my body up as opposed to doing 100 pushups!

    Wanted sub 10 so at least I obtained that!

    Very happy with how i did on this one last time i did a wod that was 100 burpees always took me over 10 mins so glad i got this in under 10 with 3 mins of rest in there that’s a PR to me! Back Squats felt really good too i can probably go a bit higher then that next time ill try for 300. Great job today everyone! I LOVE BURPEES!
