    Oh yeah, and BTW, if you haven’t seen Snuggie Man, tonight is the last night to see it in real because I will shave it off tonight!

    First time doing the TKU… It was a good workout… really burned the shoulders

    Worked on double unders and muscle ups… not a good day for mu!!! Oh well, next time (only a few weeks til my goal date)

    Last time I did it on July 10, I did it in 14:29…so I am pretty happy with that time!!

  11. Watched TGU videos and then did this WOD at home:

    22 pushups
    11 turkish getups
    (20#, used a cooler jug filled with small dumbbells, wrenches and sockets!!! 🙂 )

    I think we all had a good work out practicing different weights 🙂

    I think the majority of the time for this was trying to keep my form good. Other than that it was a really good workout and I’m glad I did it, I really need to work on my upper body more often lol.

    Oh and Wood, I’m going to bring my mom in this saturday for that free session if that’s ok?? She promised me she’d try it by Christmas this year and I was wondering if I could get a workout in that time too.

    1. Yes, and I encourage you to do the workout with her. I’m sure you’ve done it before, so it would be a good test to see where you’re at.
