I wanted sub-8min and got it!

I think the majority of the time for this was trying to keep my form good. Other than that it was a really good workout and I’m glad I did it, I really need to work on my upper body more often lol.
Oh and Wood, I’m going to bring my mom in this saturday for that free session if that’s ok?? She promised me she’d try it by Christmas this year and I was wondering if I could get a workout in that time too.

Yes, and I encourage you to do the workout with her. I’m sure you’ve done it before, so it would be a good test to see where you’re at.
