    Played around with the Sott press again…still sore from it yesterday.
    Made it up to 55# barbell x3

  5. Hey Kevin. I had a 6:30 class booked but just took the last space for 4:15. My sons guitar teacher switched times on me. Hope the 6:30 fills.

    I could have been faster and squared the failed weight with someone yelling at me. I was to shy to yell elbows up in the gym filled with non-crossfiters
