      OKAY!! I may have lent some assistance in the placement of said “Poster”, but that’s only because I was the tallest person involved. *hehe* Enjoy!

  18. How about Rogers cable for their Focus NB or something like that to get all those people off the couch or something. It just seems like such a good summary of the Crossfit methods. It seems a shame that only we die hard Crossfitters see it.
