Odd – 5 Cleans (185/135# or 75%)

    Even: 5 HSPU wit 10# plate + ab mat
    Odd: 5 Squat Cleans at 85#

    Next time try the HSPU with just the ab mate
    Squat cleans were heavy & really challenging…UGG!
