The scaled version is AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Pullups
10 Push-ups
10 Situps
10 Squats

  1. It seems that every time someone mentions a crazy workout at the gym, it magically pops up the next day. So please, don’t ever mention the “Filthy 50’s” 😛
