    well….didn’t go exactly as planned…I did 4 rounds with one short break on the 20 kbs and thought the workout was over and then blake tells me i forgot the last round….lol So I got up and finished…
    so I finished at 8:16rx….I figure I laid there for 30 seconds or so Idk? Anyways…it was still fun….Next time no breaks and it would be nice not to forget a round
