    Went too fast off the start and couldn’t really slow down as I was trying to avoid Burpees… Def Fran Caught!

    WOD RX = 10:56 or 9:56.. I don’t know because I hadn’t to subtract time and I got all confused.
    Did the dumbbell snatch in 2 mins, c2b took 3 rounds, box jumps took 3 rounds and KBS took almost 3 so I think 10:56 is right.

  9. WOD rx’d: 14:58
    Under 4 min cap for the snatches, which surprised me. 4+ mins for pullups but luckily I had 15 seconds banked from the snatches and still just barely got them done in time. Box jump overs were under cap. 3 sets of KB’s nearly killed me but I didn’t have a choice with Kevin parked in front of me.

    Also I believe I did an extra burpee on one of my rounds. I’d like to have my 4 seconds of suffering back.

  21. I had my first class today. Was pretty intense. Loved every minute of it. Can’t wait for the next one. Had a time of 12:50, pretty happy with that for the first time, LOL.
