With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    Great job Kelly and Heather. Thank you for the help on my push jerk Kevin. Once you showed me a few tips it was much better. I wish I could see all of you dressed up tonight.   4. kevin, i have to cancel for tonight and the firefit for tomorrow. my back is still bothering me some and i’m not sure that i would be much help to the team. so my spot is open on it if anyone wants it

    I had no goal since I wasn’t thinking about doing that WOD today! So I am happy… but I still wish I would had reached 20 rds.
