Weapons of mass construction

If anyone would like to stay after the WOD, we’re ripping down some walls and installing some new pullup bars. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure how much I can expect after the Filthy Fifties though!

  9. Just came back from the newly renovating gym!!
    The day started pretty good with that Filthy Fifties.

    Filty Fifties –> 20:20 (PR by 2:03)
    Did weighted good morning 45#

    After installed (2) new pullup bar bracket, took down 2 walls, moved the Crossfit certificates frames (that’s the best of everything), build at rack for the bars, moved the stuff around, moved the banner and cleaned the place.

    I think that’s pretty much it.

    The gym looks awesome!!

  10. What a LONG day! But awesome!!

    Thanks to everyone that helped out at the gym today after the workout. Couldn’t have done it without you!

    Back in tomorrow at 10am to finish painting and moving the office around.

    And did the 50’s this morning too. I wanted sub-20 so bad, and got it!
