    Kevin, it has been a great 6+ years and “thanks” doesn’t really cover it. The amount of time and patience you and the other trainers have contributed in those 1000 classes means a lot! Thanks for putting up with me….I still have a long way to go but am pretty impressed at how far I have come. I can’t believe I am still here after 1000 classes…. I usually quit things long before this…. you guys must be doing something right πŸ˜‰

    So excited that I made it to the top of the wall!!!! Here’s to the next 1000!

    I decided the 65# deadlift was to light and the 95# was a bit scarey.. Thanks to Tara for the push I needed to do the 95#! ❀
    I made a deal with myself to not put down the bar until all 12 reps are done and that helped!
    We also decided to take a stab at the 20# and we survived!!!
    I think my new favorite wods are EMOMs!!

  14. WOD with 135# and 35# dumbells.

    Holy hell that was terrible…… First couple of rounds were ok but totally fell apart in rd 3. After that it was fight-gone-bad style. Just do work until the time cap, then move to the next one.
