    Really happy about my result. I finished “Jackie” in 10:27. That’s a PR by 2:48 compared to March 27th. Thrusters are still a goat but I guess they’re getting better. I’m also noticing better endurance lately.

    very happy and liked the workout despite the rowing. the last time i met “jackie” was in nov 2008 with a time of 15:08, today was 10:41. and my row today was only 1 second slower than my Paleo 1000m a month ago, and i was pacing myself a bit today to not kill myself for the thrusters.

  12. Paleo Brownies if anyone is interested:

    6 Tbsp olive oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup honey (or agave nectar)
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    1/4 cup arrowroot flour

    mix everything and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (I went 20 and it was good)

    Total of 2 rounds plus 9 squats (used green and yellow band for strict pullups and only did first round of pushups from toes). Starting to feel like myself again 🙂 This workout was tough and sucked the wind right out of me on the thrusters (grrrrr) but I liked it 🙂
