  6. Modified the first WOD to 30# DB with left hand.
    Total – 84 Burpees

    Second WOD was partnered with Trent. Was able to do all C2B unbroken. Trent and I did partner thrusters with 65# with one arm. Pretty fun!

    Went light and skipped the burpees due to my groin. 🙁
