    This was a great workout, very scary on paper and this was as nervous as I’ve been before a WOD.. Nerves get swallowed up quickly by the thruster suffering.. Overall a good way to start a Saturday! And thanks for cheer leading Lora and Bender, helped alot in last few rounds!

    1. Well I was about to come kick you in the ribs when you were trying to finish the last of those pushups, but then I realized you had a pretty good score going and didnt need that ha, good work bud.

    wu times 2 with light weight snatches, presses and weighted lunges

    WOD with 2k bike instead of the row

    Score 4 rds plus one pullup (strict with green band)

    Glad I was able to kick myself in the ass and motivate myself to get moving 🙂
