  1. Today was supposed to be a two workout day..
    I am always surprised how fast an hour goes in Open Gym .. (I had great plans) I tried to do Grace, but then Ron wondered by and pointed out I need some work on my dip drive for the jerk.. So my time of 6 ish I am not sure was accurate…
    Then Baukje and Robert joined me for today’s partner wod..
    1- 57 reps
    2- 45# -38 reps
    3 – 20″ box – 55# – knee raises – (5 rounds 14) – 194 reps
    4 – 10# ball – (1 round 5) – 245 reps
    5 – 55# – jumping pullups – (2 rounds 9) – 45 reps
    For a grand total of 579..
    So much fun!
