    Feel like I can do more but wrist is a limiting factor. Was soso at 55.

    Glad to finally try this!! was awesome on the right side but left still need work. KB was flopping.

    23. Far from a PR. Been trying to correct my DU by slowing them down so I can do more. Not quite getting it yet lol.

    3, 2, 1(f) 1(f) 2, then I cried a bit. OHS kill my elbow and my ego.

    Skill – 1 arm kb snatch

    35 with my left was not smooth. I only did two sets of 2.

    Worked on DUs and tried a few triples

    Glad I showed up, but am so frustrated with my OHS.

    Had to do goblet squats instead of OHS – shoulder pain is becoming unmanageable again. I hate having to switch movements out… 🙁
