    9 sit-ups
    12 jumping squats

    Round 1: 2 rounds + 9 situps
    Round 2: 2 rounds + 10 jumping squats
    Round 3: 3 rounds

    6 down ups
    9 sit-ups
    9 squats

    Round 1 = 2 + 6 down ups
    Round 2 = 2+9 sit-ups
    Round 3 = 2+9 squats and 2 down ups

    AMRAP in 3 mins:

    6 Burpees
    9 V-Snaps
    12 Jumping Squats

    Round 1: 2 rounds + 2 Jumping Squats
    Round 2: 3 rounds + 1 Burpee
    Round 3: 3 rounds + 6 Burpees

    Forgot what it felt like to workout at home…yuk!
    But on a brighter note, I’m 5 workouts away from earning my key!

    Min 1 40 sec squats. 259 total
    Min 2 40sec situps 188.

    Worked away at birthday burpees with 50

    Did some extra work

    1 hspu negative (started with 3 but my kick ups are slow trying not to bust the wall)
    6 strict hspu

    procrastinated that until right now… I am not sure why. i like doing it. 3 years ago right now i would have dont it upon waking and maybe once in the afternoon time. I selected the orange level and cycled through the exercises twice in each 3 minute sect. I did use my 2lbs weights. these people are awesome https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk00gbDwGqM

    2 rounds + 3 burpees

    Slow and steady and improved by 1 rep each round. Miss my 4pm crew but we will see each other soon!

  20. Missed this one on Monday, so went back for it Tuesday morning;

    3 minute AMRAP

    6 burpees
    9 v-snap/butterfly sit up
    12 jumping squats

    Complete 3 rounds with 1 min rest between each round

    1) 2 Rounds + 4 burpees (V-snaps)
    2) 2 Rounds (Switched from to butterfly sit ups)
    3) 2 Rounds (Butterfly sit ups)
