  10. This one nearly killed me…the wine and my mom’s strawberry shortcakes (x5) I had over the weekend surely didn’t help.

    Had to do 14 Ring rows in the set of 20’s all other reps were pull ups.

    We planned to do a ruck wod, but SOMEONE forgot her ruck lol
    So we got creative with some input from members wandering by (ahem Amanda and Roxanne)
    Partner workout
    5 rounds
    10 cal on bike (5 each) – partner sit-ups
    50 KBS (shared) – we did 15-15-10-10
    40 OH lunges – partner plank
    30 Burpees – we did singles
    34:00(ish)
    Krissie and Derek joined in the fun as well!
    It was a sweaty one!
