  5. Today was a two for one day for me..
    I did OG and introduced Roxanne and Derek to a modified version of The Rucking Deck of Death.. When we got started I could see the look in their eyes of ‘What are we doing?!’ but they buckled down and just kept going! I am so proud of them! We all used 20#

    Then I did class with Paige

    We used 55# .. We probably could have gone with 60# ..
    Cash out was a 2 min accumulated plank.. I went unbroken!
