CrossFit Moncton will be sending a team to the Regional Competition in Toronto for the CrossFit Games. Members of the team include: Kevin, Ed, Dan, Joanna, Gillyon, and Corinna.
Last year, Jeff had a great idea for a fundraiser! We would like to continue it this year. We challenge members to sponsor a day between now and May 31st (when we leave for Toronto). For the day you sponsor and for every member that posts their results, you donate $1.
You can sponsor a day on your own, with someone else, or a small group. I’ve set up an online calendar so you can see what days have been taken already. Let me know what day you’d like to sponsor.

18 DU is huge for me I wasn’t expecting to get any. Manage to get 3 in a row (PR). Kevin told me to keep my hands closer to me, that might be part of the problem. Pause a few time w the sit-ups. pausing should be avoided next time it wasn’t necessary (due to lack of sleep). Overall I loved this WOD 🙂

After the WOD I tried some more DUs and got a PR of 47 🙂 I guess I was making a pretty funny looking face in the process lol!
I also did my first kipping pullups on the bar since my elbow injury (6 in total) and 4 kipping pullups on the rings… It’s harder on my elbow to do them on the bar, but I’m happy to say no pain ensued 😀 yay for recovery however slow it may be!
