Min 2 – 40 Lateral Jumps (paralettes)

Bench – tested new 1RM(190 was previous 1RM)

Cleans – worked on squat clean form

Today tried the ‘J’ type clamp by doing a knees to elbows then clamp .
Got a few half done ones and my last was 2 clamp to reach the top. So it is faster and an arm and grip saver.
Tried an L-sit all arm one also.

Last couple sets I had to rest with the bar above me a couple times, but I did them!
