Tire Flipping Encore!

Pierre and I are tire flipping down Main Street again, this Saturday at noon. We’re making an effort to raise money for Fight Gone Bad 4 – the national fundraiser in support of Prostate Cancer Canada.

The route will be Highfield Square to Westmorland Street, down to the market, back up to Main Street to Town Hall, and then back to Highfield Square. That’s approximately 2 km (or 1600 tire flips with a 250 pound tire)

There will be opportunities to donate on-site, or you can donate online HERE. Every dollar helps! Please donate to a great cause.

  3. Sorry that Im unable to help with the tire flip but just wanted to say great job on that Intro Pack Kevin, thats a very good of condensing crossfit into a book, especially with the zone diet!

    time: 28,05

    200 sit ups (v sit ups i beleive is the name)

    So I’m cancelling my 6:30 class for tonight and see you at 6am tomorrow 🙂

    WOD: 5K

    Time: 31:23 min

    I am soooo disappoint!First time I do it and I got lost!! so I did about 4.8K, lost time wondering where everyone is and talking with Kelly on where I should go.
    Don’t ever let me run in the dark!!

    That is just one of the thing you don’t want to smell when your running!!

    Strength: Cleans 5-5-5-5-5 (45-90-105-105-115) had some “Elizabeth” flashbacks.
    WOD Run 5K
    Time: 26:52 – 13 seconds slower then my PR – Not very happy about this (okay I’m quite pissed at myself – I thought vacation was suppose to do the mind and body good… ah well best bottle this disappointment and take it out on my next WOD.)
