  1. Ruck WOD I stole from Kevin’s Instagram, scaled the lunges to single count instead of 2 count

    6 rounds with a 30# ruck with Mel
    15 (4 count) Mountain climbers
    15 (4 count) Flutter kicks
    15 single count walking OH lunges
    15 thrusters
    1 min Plank
    and lots of complaining throughout

    I realized my overhead game is not all that great, on the other hand I was super happy with myself I did all the thrusters unbroken!
    Aaaand my thruster total this week is 180..
    We set the timer for 40 minutes I didn’t quite make it.. womp womp

    Burpees were 10/10/10/5/5/5/5 (just a quick shakre out of the arms and deep breath)
    Pullups were 5/5/5/4/3/3

    That was painful on the belly. Was sore coming off the rower and pretty painful during the OHS. Almost stopped, maybe should have. Tried to go a bit slower and not as low. Helped a little. Hopefully I won’t be too sore tomorrow. Glad that one is over.
