    75% of 220# is 165# but I knew I could do more as I have done 185# in Wods before, so worked up to 185 during strength. Not sure what my 1 rep max would be but glad I went with 185# for the Wod.

    Split the T2B/leg raises since I still can’t kip the T2B making them slow and seriously hard on the hands. Probably should have split them 5/3.

    I probably should have done a mix of T2B and knee raises, but I was being stubborn. Today was my first time doing a WOD on the bar since last March, so I was still pretty happy with my score. I know they will come back ,but man were they slow today.
