    Broke the 8 thrusters 5/3 which was a mistake… last 3 felt worst than if I had just done them.

    (4) sets of 35 DUs unbroken… and only tripped twice; happy about that!

    One of those WODs that keeps getting worst after your done… 🙂

    My back is a bit screwy so I’m not pushing the weights for a bit.
