  1. After two weeks of battle, the standings for Summer League are:

    Joey, Brian, Elba – 14 points
    Mike, Trent, Maria – 13 points
    Tom, Keith, Alaina – 8 points
    Mario, Pete, Heather – 7 points
    Lance, Jeff, Steph – 5 points

    With 3 more workouts to go, it could be anyone’s game. We’ve seen a lot of running so far. What will next week bring??

    WOD: 5 RM weighted pull-ups
    5 RM Weighted Dips
    2 min. Max burpees
    Pull-ups: 5x blue strict, 5x pink and purple strict, 5 x pink plus Ron’s help :), 5 x pink plus purple, 3x pink only strict…PR for me
    Dips: only 1 with rings only, 5x rings with purple band, 5x ring with purple band looser, 3x purple band loosest…..if that makes sense
    Burpees: 32
