  1. Well that was interesting! I was looking forward to doing this ever since I came up with it, but it was rough. Hands are on fire from the pullups.

    and i power snatched it back up for the last round! i really liked yesterdays power snatch WOD, for sure a lift i could really get to like! feel pretty good about the OHS, alot more solid that in previous attempts. definitely a lift i need to work on.
