You’ll partner yourself with someone who has a similar OHS weight as you. Your weight for the WOD will be 50-60% of your maximum.

However, each time YOU drop the bar, your PARTNER must immediately do 7 burpees. Once they finish the burpees, they’ll start with the OHS’s and do as many as they can.

    Warm up: 10 squats and 10 good mornings

    Wod with partner Sonia 100 OHS #45 each with 7 burpees when we stopped.
    Sonia : 50 OHS
    MC: 7 Burpees + 50 OHS
    Sonia: 7 burpees + 50 OHS
    MC: 50 OHS
    Time: 8:23 min

    I guess that’s mean we didn’t go heavy enough…probably because we forgot to update the board…oops….at least we were around the same strength!!

    5 rounds of:
    30 walking lunges
    30 sit ups(30 reg, 60 anchored)
    30 squats

    Legs were still stiff from cleans on Wednesday but felt good anyway…
