WOD 1 –
Pistols – all unbroken which is a huge PR as before I only have done 2 at a time
Finished most rounds around 30 seconds
Burpees – finishes around 28 seconds most times
WOD 2 –
Kbs 35# all unbroken, probably should of went a lot heavier
Wall sits – did them all with 1 leg up. Switched which leg was up every 10 seconds
