Completed WOD Rx’d and only broke up the T2B on the 4th round. Planks unbroken. This is the first time in almost 6 years that the WOD was not as bad as I thought it was going to be…. I only swore once 🙂 Toes to Bar went much better than expected. Thanks Shane for the tip on the bent knees & kick up to the bar. That really helped.
